Leaf Falling Motion

This compound makes particles float down with a back-and-forth motion like leaves falling from a tree or papers fluttering down.

Note that this compound is provided mostly an example of how to build a custom motion from vector math. Because it lets you create a specific type of effect, you may want to customize this compound to meet the needs of your own particular effect.

This compound is used in the Falling Leaves compound.

Plug its Execute port into a Port on the ICETree node.

Tasks: Particles/Motion Control

Output Ports: Execute

Gravity Strength and Direction

Amount of force pulling the particles in a certain direction. Define the particle direction in global XYZ values.

Roll Speed

The amount that the particle rotates around its own Z axis, like tumbling.

Spin Value

The amount that the particle rotates around its own Y axis, like a spinning top.

Lift Value

The amount of upward movement.
