The Neon Glow effect adds various types of glow to the objects in an image. This effect can be used to create neon lighting
effects, or to give an object the appearance that it is radiating light or heat. This is an effect that is particularly useful
for images consisting of text or simple, high-contrast graphics.

Specifies the operator's name.

Sets the opacity of the effect over the input image. A value of 0 makes the effect completely transparent, while a value of
100 makes it completely opaque.

Uses the input image's alpha channel as a mask for applying the effect. The effect is fully applied to areas of the image
where the alpha channel is white, and not at all to areas where it is black.

Enable the RGB and/or Alpha options to specify whether the effect is applied to the RGB channels, the Alpha channel, or both.

This slider can be set over a wide range of positive or negative values. Positive Glow Size settings create glows on the outside
of dark objects and on the inside of light objects, while negative settings create glows on the inside of dark objects and
the outside of light objects. The greater the setting (positive or negative), the larger the glow.

Set higher values to increase the brightness of the glow, or set lower values to decrease the brightness.

Sets the color for background regions of the effect. Set a color using the sliders.

Sets the color for foreground regions of the effect. Set a color using the sliders.
