Combines an OGLT2DOGL_Single_Texture, OGLShadeOGL_Shade, and OGLDrawOGL_Draw shader in a single property editor.
This shader is quite useful if you are using the attributes of both the OGLT2D and OGLShade shaders, because you can define the effect of each shader from a single source, and the output an OGLDraw pass from the same source. It can output to any other realtime shader, or directly to the material node.
