Unlocks locked hairs on guide curves, allowing them to be affected by dynamics and styling operations.
To apply: Select one or more locked points, and then choose Modify 
Surf Lock Unlock from the Hair panel.
To display: Select the hair object, click the Selection button on the Select panel, and then click the Hair Unlock Operator icon.
