Offset and Scale

The number of frames by which to offset the animation.

The value by which the current length of the scene (or frame range) is multiplied. For example, using a value of 3 makes a
scene of 100 frames 300 frames long.

If you set , you can also set a pivot point from which the animation is reversed.

Affected Scale & Offset Range / Retime Range Before (Frames)
The frame range of animation that you want to scale, offset, or retime.

The first frame of the range you want scaled, offset, or retimed.

The last frame of the range you want scaled, offset, or retimed.
|
Retime Range After (Frames)
The "target" frame range to which you want your animation scaled (retimed).

The first frame of the target range.

Affected Items
Determines the of the animation you want to scale, offset, or retime. You can choose from function curves, action clips in the animation
mixer, or all animation sources, as well as combinations of these types.
As well, you can scale, offset, or retime the fcurves in either all or just the current animation layer.
