Adds ProxyParameters
to the given character key set using the parameters currently
marked on the selected objects.
Since character key sets are implemented as a standard CustomProperty, this command can
be used to add proxy parameters to a standard custom property set,
and vice-versa.
The differences between AddProxyParam and this one are that
AddProxyParam uses a pick session instead of marked parameters, and
AddProxyParamToCharacterKeySet default uses the current character
set.
Note: No equivalent version of this command is provided to remove
the parameter, because RemoveProxyParam can be used
directly.
