I can’t make a connection

• The Windows 2000 operating system is not supported for online sessions. Clients using this operating system cannot access the host machine.
• Make sure your TCP/IP configuration is set up for the machines you are using.

Consult your Windows help to find out how to use ping and the net view commands to test your TCP/IP configuration.

• Make sure your network is up and active.
• Make sure your network firewalls aren’t preventing your machines from reaching each other.
