Record Movie window

Lets you set properties and create an animation that revolves 360 degrees about a vertical axis. To access these options, select Render > Record Movie . See also Record a movie.

NoteSupported file formats include: .flv, .swf, and .png (when set to File Sequence). You can also specify resolutions and aspect ratios larger than the current 3D View.

Presets: Lets you select from common multimedia and video image resolutions.
Width: Specifies the width of the saved image in pixels.
Height: Sets the height of the saved image in pixels.
Record at: Specifies the rate at which video frames are recorded in frames per second (fps).
Playback at: Specifies the rate at which video frames are played back in frames per second (fps).
Automatically Pause Recording When Idle: When on, Mudbox pauses recording when your tool cursor is inactive, preventing the recording of unwanted frames. Recording resumes when you move the tool.
Mudbox Window: Records actions occurring in the entire Mudbox interface, including trays, menus, and property windows. This is ideal for recording a movie of your workflow for instructional purposes.
3D View Only: Records actions occurring in the 3D View only.
Start Recording: Starts recording frames.

The following options appear below the trays after you click Start Recording in the Record Movie window.

Pause: Temporarily stops recording until you click Continue or Stop.
Continue: Resumes recording after you click Pause.
Stop: Stops recording and displays the Screen Recording Complete window. Options include:

Delete Recording: Deletes any frames recorded without saving a movie file.
Movie Format: Specifies the file format type to save the recorded movie. Supported file formats include: .flv, .swf, and .png (when set to File Sequence).
