Mudbox supports gestural input from your Wacom multi-touch device or (on Mac OS X) your trackpad, meaning you can work with Mudbox using simple finger taps and hand gestures. If your setup includes a supported multi-touch device with the latest drivers, no additional configuration is required. See Multi-Touch input gestures for the list of recognized input.
Mudbox currently supports the Wacom Intuos 5 and Cintiq 24HD Touch, as well as the Apple Magic Trackpad, Magic Mouse, and multi-touch trackpad in newer model MacBooks. To use Mudbox with your Multi-touch device, ensure that the Enable Multi-touch Gestures preference is on in the User Interface preferences.
