Add tooltips to a marking menu

To add tooltips to marking menu items

1. Open the marking menu XML file and add text in the 'tooltip' string for any of the marking menu items listed.
   
2. Save and close the XML file.

   The next time you start Mudbox, your tooltip text displays when you hover over the command.
