From MotionBuilder > Settings > Preferences > Python, you can:

• Toggle syntax highlighting; default on.
• Toggle line numbering; default on.
• Toggle Auto Indentation; default on.
• Toggle reloading of scripts from previous session on startup; default on.
• Enable the Python server via Python Telnet console and allow connections; both default on.
• Customize the Startup directory.
• Set the color scheme and font styles for the work area and the interactive console.
