Defining a custom expression

 
 
 

To define a custom expression:

  1. Load a head model with shapes or cluster shapes and add a Character Face asset to the scene.
  2. In the Expressions area of the Character Face settings, switch to the Custom pane and click Add to add a new expression.

    The new expression is named “Expression” by default.

  3. Scroll through the list of shapes in the Target Models area to find the appropriate shapes to create the expression you want.
  4. With the new expression selected, modify the values in the Shapes Value fields until you achieve the expression you want.

    Since this is a custom expression, the results of changing the shapes is shown in the Viewer window, on the model itself .
