SteeringWheels are tracking menus that allow you to access different 3D navigation tools from a single tool.
NoteYou must activate the SteeringWheels to make them appear in the Viewer window. The SteeringWheels do not display in the Viewer
window by default. To activate the SteeringWheels, see
SteeringWheels preferences.
