The MotionBuilder Learning Resources include tutorials, learning movies, and a learning path that outline the MotionBuilder workflows. These resources include the following topics:
- Integrating MotionBuilder into your character animation pipeline
- Saving your models from 3D modeling software (Autodesk® 3ds Max® or Autodesk® Maya®)
- Sending your animation back to your original software
To take full advantage of the MotionBuilder Learning Resources, ensure you have the following:
- Apple® QuickTime® player version 7.7.1 to play the Learning movies included with the software product
- a computer that meets the minimum system requirements (see System Requirements)
- hardware that is certified by Autodesk (see Certified Hardware)
To access the MotionBuilder Learning Movies:
- Launch MotionBuilder.
- From the menu bar, select Help > Learning Movies and click the "Watch the Movie" labels.
To access the MotionBuilder Tutorials:
- Launch MotionBuilder.
- Press F1.
The MotionBuilder Help launches.
- Click the Tutorials chapter.
To access the Tutorials in PDF format:
- Launch MotionBuilder.
- From the menu bar, select Help > Tutorials.
- Download the Tutorials PDF file from http://www.autodesk.com/motionbuilder2013-documentation.
To access the MotionBuilder Learning Path:
- Launch MotionBuilder.
- From the menu bar, select Help > Learning Path.
