To modify all the hair at once, edit the hair system. Before editing, be sure to be either in the  or . 
         
         To edit the hair system attributes
         
         
            - Select the hair system in the or . (Window > Outliner, Window > Hypergraph: Hierarchy) 
            
 
            - Modify the settings in the hair system’s . For descriptions of the hair system attributes, see hairSystemShape. Modifying Nucleus node attributes can also affect your hair simulation. See nucleus. 
            
 
            - To see the changes you may have to play the simulation. See Play a hair simulation.
