Paint Effects > Brush Animation > Bake Spring Animation

This lets you bake the expression for each frame in the specified range so the spring behavior will render properly.

These are the options in the Bake Brush Spring Animations window.

Start Frame: Specify the first frame to be baked in the animation.
End Frame: Specify the last frame to be baked in the animation.
