After you create a fur description, you can edit the fur attributes at any time. There are three ways to change fur attributes:

• Change the attributes for the fur description so they are applied to all surfaces to which the fur descriptions are assigned. See Edit fur descriptions.
• Selectively paint or “comb” specific attributes on fur without changing the global attributes of the fur description attached to the surface. See Paint fur attribute values.
• Map values for each fur attribute. See Map fur attribute values.
