Creates a left pointer
cursor to use when resetting the cursor on use of the Marking Menus.
Useful when using GNOME window managers that otherwise revert back
to the default "X" cursor.
MAYA_SOUND_SCRUB
Disables the ability
to scrub sound.
MAYA_WEBBROWSER ) WEBBROWSER
Overrides the web browser
used by the 'browseURL' command (used by help). This is especially
useful if Netscape is not in your path. First MAYA_WEBBROWSER is
checked, then WEBBROWSER.
