Call setLoadingEnvironment to let the UI know the import is done.

Note that environments are loaded synchronously.

That means the next MODEL_IMPORT_LOADED/MODEL_IMPORT_FAILED message indicates the environment is finished being loaded. Also note that the user cannot cancel out of loading an environment.
