Lets you change the scale of the selected hair system.
Drag right to make the hair larger or longer and drag left to make the hair smaller or shorter. See Adjust the hair length.
The Scale Hair Tool menu item is located under the nHair menu in the nDynamics menu set (nHair > Scale Hair Tool).
