Point on Poly constraints

The Point on Poly constraint lets you constrain an object to a mesh so that the constrained object sticks to a point on the surface as the mesh deforms. You can constrain objects to an entire mesh, or to a specific vertex, face, or edge. Use this constraint to create effects such as a button on a jacket that you want to stay in place as the jacket deforms.
