One of the following enum values describes the type of NURBSConst this is.

For example, these correspond to the types of dependent points available in the NURBS Surface user interface in the 'Surface Point' rollup.

Constrained objects are those that exist in the parameter space of other objects.

Enumerator:

kNConstOnObject	Indicates the point is actually on the surface of the object. Search for all occurrences
kNConstOffset	Indicates the points is offset some distance (specified in object space) from the surface of the object. Search for all occurrences
kNConstNormal	Indicates the point is offset some distance along the normal to the curve or surface. Search for all occurrences
kNConstTangent	Indicates the point is offset some U and/or V distance along the tangent from the curve or surface. If the value is positive, it's the tangent that heads in the direction of increasing parameter value; if negative, it's the tangent that heads in the direction of decreasing parameter value. Search for all occurrences
