Action/Results:

Adjust brush size B + Left button B + Left button Press the b key then drag in the 3D View while pressing the left button.
Adjust brush strength M + Left button M + Left button Press the m key then drag in the 3D View while pressing the left button.
Increase brush size in steps ] ] Increases the size of the brush in increments.
Decrease brush size in steps [ [ Decreases the size of the brush in increments.
Increase brush strength in steps ' (apostrophe) ' (apostrophe) Increases the strength of the brush in increments.
Decrease brush strength in steps ; ; Decreases the strength of the brush in increments.
Select tools from left to right on the current tool tray. 0 - 9 0 - 9 Press the 0 through 9 keys to select the first 9 tools within the Sculpt Tools tray.
Invert Function Ctrl Ctrl Press the Ctrl key when sculpting. If the current tool has an inverse function, it is activated as long as the Ctrl key is depressed.
Select the Smooth tool momentarily Shift Shift Press the Shift key when sculpting. Releasing the Shift key reverts to the previously selected tool.
Toggle Falloff Ctrl + \ Command + \ Toggles the tools falloff property between its current and previous setting.
Mirror X Shift + Alt + X Shift + Option + X The strokes for the current sculpt or paint tool are reflected across the world space X axis.
Mirror Y Shift + Alt + Y Shift + Option + Y The strokes for the current sculpt or paint tool are reflected across the world space Y axis.
Mirror Z Shift + Alt + Z Shift + Option + Z The strokes for the current sculpt or paint tool are reflected across the world space Z axis.
Color Picker (with Flat Lighting turned on) I I Turns on the Color Picker and the changes the display mode to Flat Lighting whenever the I key is pressed to let you copy/sample color from items displayed in the 3D View.
Mirror Tangent Shift + Alt + T Shift + Option + T The strokes for the current sculpt or paint tool are reflected across the topological center line of a topologically symmetrical model. To use tangent space mirroring on a model, you must first identify the model's topological center by selecting two faces that straddle the center line and then selecting Edit > Set Topological Center.
Mirror Off Shift + Alt + O Shift + Option + O Turns off any mirror option so that sculpt or paint tool strokes are not reflected.
