Note: Strings representing object names and arguments must be separated by commas. This is not depicted in the synopsis.
fileBrowserDialog is undoable, NOT queryable, and NOT editable.
The fileBrowserDialog command offers more control of the windows file
browser dialog. See the fileDialog command for cross platform file dialog
support.
