Note: This patch set is not intended for OCTANE systems. It is intended for Origin 200/2000 and Onyx2 systems. For OCTANE patch sets please use the patch set titled "OCTANE systems".

• Users who take advantage of large page sizes for application test should install the April 1998 patch set or later to avoid system crashes.
• Users who experience problems with gang scheduling after installing the patch set should revert from patch 3205 to patch 2839. The exception to this applies to users of 225MHz  or Gigachannel based O200s. Such customers should install a replacement of 3205 which includes a fix to bug 613246.
• Users of DHCP should be aware that patch 2426 sometimes breaks DHCP for certain types of clients, including Windows95 and some X terminals.  DHCP will be fixed in patch 2921; in the mean time, DHCP users may choose to revert to patch 2114.
• Onyx2 users may experience spurious mouse events with the October 1997 and following patch sets.  Patch 2850 fixes the problem in almost all cases.
