stereoCameraView is undoable, queryable, and editable.
This is the main command for creating stereo editors. This commands
only acts as an interface to the actual viewport. It is derived off
of MPxModelEditorCommand. This command manages the set of stereo
rig tools.
In query mode, return type is based on queried flag.
