snapshotBeadCtx([inTangent=boolean], [outTangent=boolean])
Note: Strings representing object names and
arguments must be separated by commas. This is not depicted in the
synopsis.
snapshotBeadCtx is undoable, queryable, and editable.
Creates a context for manipulating in and/or out tangent beads on
the motion trail
