threePointArcCtx([degree=uint], [spans=uint])
Note: Strings representing object names and
arguments must be separated by commas. This is not depicted in the
synopsis.
threePointArcCtx is undoable, queryable, and editable.
The threePointArcCtx command creates a new context for creating 3
point arcs
