Learn About the Item Master
Project Explorer displays the files stored in the vault. Files are contained in folders. Projects are special folders that
group files together from across multiple folders. For example, a project may contain the design files from one folder, an
Excel spreadsheet from another folder, and a Word file with assembly instructions from yet another folder. Project folders
are created using the Autodesk Vault client. The thin client displays projects and their contents, but cannot be used to create
projects.
