In a continuing effort to assist our customers, Autodesk has provided pre-migrated copies of the Inventor 2010 Standard Content Center (CC) Libraries. These are intended to facilitate the implementation of both the Autodesk Inventor 2010 Service Pack 3, and the Autodesk Inventor 2010 Subscription Advantage Pack Service Pack 3, Client Updates for Autodesk Vault 2011 SP1 Server Releases.

After you attach any legacy (2010) Content Center libraries to the Autodesk Vault 2011 SP1 Server, you must migrate them using Autodesk Inventor 2010 SP3 as updated with the appropriate Client Update for the Autodesk Vault 2011 SP1 Server Releases. We recommend you migrate User Defined 2010 CC Libraries using the automated process included below. The Migrated 2010 Content Center Libraries are supplied to speed up this process for the Standard Libraries and to avoid the need for later synchronization of user libraries.

    1. Download the Migrated 2010 Standard CC Libraries, only for those Standards you will need to access, from the web page.
    2. Unzip them to a local directory and attach them to the Vault 2011 SP1 Server.
    3. Note: These Libraries will be added to the 2010 partition within the Vault 2011 SP1 Server and are ready for use immediately.

    4. Attach your User Defined 2010 CC Libraries to the Vault 2011 SP1 Server. The libraries are saved into the 2010 partition and are ready to be migrated. They will be visible and usable in Inventor 2010 SP3 only after migration.
    5. Run your installation of Inventor 2010 SP3, as updated with the appropriate Client Update for the Autodesk Vault 2011 SP1 Server Releases, and login to the Autodesk Vault 2011 SP1 Server.
    6. Start a Content Center command. A dialog box displays that prompts you to automatically migrate the user libraries.
    7. Start the Migration process. The progress of the process will be displayed in the migration dialog box.
