In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released Autodesk Vault 2017 add-ins for Microsoft Office 2016. This Update can be installed for Autodesk Vault Basic 2017, Autodesk Vault Workgroup 2017, and Autodesk Vault Professional 2017. This README file highlights how to download the Update and how to install the Update.

NOTE: Throughout this Readme document references to Vault 2017 will apply to Autodesk Vault Basic 2017, Autodesk Vault Workgroup 2017 and Autodesk Vault Professional 2017.

Locate the Autodesk Vault 2017 Add-ins for Microsoft Office 2016 Update at: Autodesk Knowledge Network

There are two installers. ADSK_Vault_MSOffice_2016Add-ins_x64.exe and ADSK_Vault_MSOffice_2016Add-ins_x86.exe. Download the one which is appropriate for your install.

INSTALLATION

To install this Update, Administrative privileges are required.
To install this update One of the Vault 2017 Client should be installed.
Microsoft Office 2016 should have been installed before applying this Update.

Installation instruction - applicable to every Autodesk Vault Client 2017

Download the Update depends on the MS Office 2016 Version (x64 or x86) installed in the system.
Run the downloaded setup to install.

NOTE: Repair install is not supported. If you want to Repair the installation, uninstall the Update completely and re-install it.
