createDrawCtx [-axis string] [-exists] [-image1 string] [-image2 string] [-image3 string]
createDrawCtx is undoable, queryable, and editable.
The command creates a create/draw joint context. The context allows
the user to quickly create mirrored joint chains.
In query mode, return type is based on queried flag.
