Terrain Models

Terrain Models act as the base upon which you will add city models and additional layers. If you have a city model that is not in a CityGML format, you must insert a terrain model as a base.

  To insert a terrain model

1.Create a new project, or open an existing project.
2.From the Insert menu, click Terrain Model.

Optionally, click ico_insert_terrain_model from the Insertion toolbar.

3.In the Loading Terrain Data dialog box, set loading or importing operations, specify terrain files, if necessary, and set background options.
