Release 2 of the physics shader sources, 9 December 2002

Minor changes, and mental ray 3.1 support. Shaders compiled for mental ray
3.1 also work for mental ray 3.2.

dielectric_material
	- quietly clip absorb color to 0..1, no warnings
	- renamed "absorp" to "absorb", it looked funny
